The inviting paths through the tree ferns and moss. The hosts were super friendly and provided great recommendations for dining and activities. Don't miss the beautiful sound of the rainforest at night!
We dealt with a spider issue in our room, a bit unsettling. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but definitely something to be prepared for.

The outdoor lighting around the hotel was quite inadequate, especially upon arrival after sunset.

The tranquility of the rainforest. We enjoyed relaxing in the Japanese hot tub while listening to the sounds of the wildlife at night. Although the guest cottage wasn't quite suitable for us due to some spider visitors, the overall beauty of the hotel and the delicious breakfast items, especially the scones, made up for it. Day trips to the nearby national park were a breeze from this lovely retreat.

Oh man, the scones were divine! I mean, you just can't beat that homemade goodness while chilling in a cozy cabin. Plus, the lush rainforest vibes just engulf you. Waking up surrounded by nature sparked my culinary creativity. Their Japanese hot tub is a perfect touch for unwinding after a day exploring. You really can't go wrong here!
While the guest cottage had a few too many tiny spider buddies for my taste, it didn't overshadow the overall beauty of the retreat. Sure, some spaces felt a tad cramped, but the tranquility of the rainforest made it all melt away.
